Tiina Carr Director
I’m one of three directors, working closely with our clients to understand exactly what they need and making sure that they get it. I love developing branding, marketing and digital communication strategies that help our clients achieve their vision. I’m also a retail specialist and expert in employee communications, working with Morrisons to help them communicate with their 130,000 staff. It’s satisfying to know that what I do makes a real difference for so many people.
Richard Palmer Account Director
I create, build and maintain relationships with our clients. It’s about understanding the dynamics of each organisation that we work with and helping them think differently about how they communicate. I started out as a product and structural packaging designer before going on to project and account management. As a result, I’m aware of clients’ needs and understand the challenges our designers, writers and programmers face. It’s my job to strike the right balance and make sure we come up with the best possible response to a brief.
Mark Pearce Director
I started building interactive education and training content in 1991 and haven't stopped. It's been an interesting journey, from interactive video, DVD technology, through to the widespread adoption of the internet and the migration to mobile devices. Most discussions around technology have been replaced as the new generation of digital natives experience it as a social tool and something that’s just part of their everyday lives. This new paradigm presents some challenges, but mostly lots of exciting opportunities to connect and engage audiences in deeper and more meaningful ways.
Craig Dall Account Manager
As account manager, I’m responsible for building relationships with our clients and getting under the skin of each organisation to help shape their digital, learning and multimedia strategies and communications. I always try and approach all projects from a user’s perspective, rather than a technical or design point of view. Bells and whistles are all very well, but it’s essential that they don’t dominate a project’s real task. I understand the issues that project teams face and it’s my job to make sure that we deliver the best solution.
Cressida Pearce HR Manager
I’m in charge of HR, and I love watching people develop in their professional and personal lives throughout their time with us. Delivering projects on time and to high standards is not always easy, but I enjoy the feeling of teamwork and the shared sense of humour. The end result is always impressive and represents so much creativity and hard work. It makes me proud of the team and the company.
